VICBS YOUTH PROGRAM
The VICBS sponsored Youth Program will supply a child with a bird, cage and supplies if the parent can not afford to do so and will teach the care of these birds along with their history, habitat, husbandry etc. The cost for this program is $10.00 a year and will allow participation in all VICBS activities.
